It has a conjunction（连词） (that, whether, or if, what…) at the beginning.
It does not use the inverse structure(倒装结构）.
The tense（时态）of the verbs in it must match the one used in the main structure.
The name of the subject in the objective clause also changes.
The time adverbs change, too.
